Il Blue Note, lo storico jazz club di New York, ora è anche a Milano, per offrire a tutti gli amanti della musica l’occasione di ascoltare dal vivo i più grandi talenti jazz contemporanei. Ultimo nato del gruppo e primo in Europa, il Blue Note di Milano ti offre un’esperienza unica.  La programmazione, curata in collaborazione con il network Blue Note, offre il meglio della scena jazz internazionale, aprendosi anche alle contaminazioni, al contemporary jazz, al latin e brasilian, al rythm and blues.

Matteo interpreterà alcuni brani tratti dal suo disco d’esordio “Just Smile” e altri intramontabili songs in omaggio alle grandi voci di tutti i tempi (Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald…)

 Michael Bublè, in Italy last april for his new album ‘Call Me Irresponsible’ promotional tour, during the official press conference in Rome at the Hilton Hotel, had very kind words for the Italian jazz singer Matteo Brancaleoni, 25 year old – “He  is a great vocalist and a dear friend” said Bublè.The same night at the beginning of his live showcase on Alice TV at The Place music club he also invited Brancaleoni to do an improvised duet with him on ‘Stardust’ . Matteo started to scat impersonaiting Nat King Cole and Louis Armstrong under Bublè and audience’s amused eyes. “Matteo has really something special. He really can sing. His album moved me. Wonderful musicians. He’s a huge talent and tonight he showed to all of us,  he’s also an entertainer of first rank. Gee I laughed to tears when he did Armstrong, he rocks!” – said Bublè at the end of the show.
